File Format Settings: Save Export-Bconf at the time the task is imported in the okapi-data dir and use it from there

    • File Format Settings: Save BCONF to be used on export in the task's okapi-data dir to be able to delete existing BCONF's at any time and be immune against quirks when bconfs are updated

      Problem

      • BCONFs currently can be deleted leading to tasks being imported with that bconf not being exportable anymore
      • export quirks may happen when bconfs are updated that already have imported tasks

      Solution

      • save a copy of the export-bconf at import-time in the task's okapi-data directory and use it when the task is exported
      • use the system-export BCONF as a last resort in cases the export-bconf in the okapi-data directory is missing
