      Problem

      If "PHP E_ERROR: Allowed memory size" happens we write it into log as is that is not talkative enough for lots of users.

      Solution

      Write error message, that says: "Hey, you do not have enough RAM to import that file. Get in touch with your sysadmin".

      We have E1715 error for similar case for task import.
      We need to change message there that will suggest user to reach support if he needs to import really big tasks.
      And in similar way it should be done for Language resources.
