Excel Re-Import: Import Tag-Parsing seems to produce broken markup

    • FIX: The Excel-Reimport parser did produce broken markup in rare situations

      PROBLEM
      A task could not be exported because an Excel-Reimport produced broken Markup. Judging from the Excel nothing seems wrong, only the tag-count was changed compared to the original target (not the source). The Import-Parsing seems to produce heavily broken markup (segment 59)

      SOLUTION
      Fix the parsing, if no tests for the parsing exists, add one & add segment 59 as testcase

      FRONTEND-TESTS
      Since in the Code an old state is reverted no Frontend-testing is needed.
      A functional test was added to protect the existing functionality against unintentional changes
