ContentProtection DB RegEx settings should be case sensitive

      Problem

      When entering a custom ContentProtection rule, the regex is not case sensitive. This leads to error if user wants to have different rules for e.g. "HOUSE" vs. "house", not allowing to enter a second rule (considering it already present).

      Solution

      Make it case sensitive.
