Problem

The html characters are getting encoded before the content is sent for quality evaluation. This leads to sometimes reduced quality score because for exampler & is send as & . Reason for this is because we send xml based content when multiple segments are send at once for evaluation.

Solution

Mention in the promt how html characters should be handled and maybe switch to json format when evaluation multiple segments at once forbatch.
