remove git commit from tmx header

      Problem

      I is misleading for users when they export their TM to tmx to read git commits in the header like:

      "3e87674d * updated to v0.6.114 * made BTREE_NODE_IS_FULL(5037) errcode stop tmx import".

      Solution

      Remive this.
