PROBLEM
The runtimeOptions.import.xlf.ignoreFramingTags (Editor: QA / Import: Ignore framing tag pairs) config of the import may leaves leading/trailing whitespace in the segment (see screens)
SOLUTION
This whitespace should also go into the skeleton-file and a segment is expected to always start with a character/word and ends with a character or interpunctuation
