non-ASCII characters handled incorrectly on TMX transform

      Problem

      In process of TMX import we have feature where properties from TUV may be mapped to expected by t5memory props.

      One of them is author name.

      But author name may contain utf8 characters that will be escaped as hex by php default behaviour when set as node's attribute value: 

      creationid="Paul.Döhr"

      Sadly t5memory can't process such entities, but can process numeric one: 

      creationid="PAUL.DöHR"

      Solution

      Redo processor to set numeric escaping for utf8 characters
