Problem

PM Light role adds support load and likely do not bring any benefits after introduction of Job Coordinator.

Solution

Hide PM Light role in UI for now and remove it after some time

To be tested:

• no errors occur in existing installations where the role is in use
• the role should not pop up in user editing anymore
