3) Further Improve Detection of Justified Text

There are examples of justified text that is not properly detected when distributed over several sections with space inbetween and 2 (or more) columns
Improve the algorithm to look for other sections of justified text above & below in the same column and prevent connecting the columns horizontally to a table
This feature is an extension of 2). Especially indentations and initials are often not properly detected and prevent rendering multiline-text properly
