Problem

In the VisualApprover workflow a project manager notification is sent after a Print Approval workflow step is completed. This notification is unclear and incomplete.
The email uses technical workflow wording, keeps generic PDF attachment names, includes unnecessary task details, does not list the files included in the task, and annotation page references can appear in the wrong order with hexadecimal page numbers instead decimal ones.

Solution

Improve the Print Approval completion email by using translated workflow step labels, renaming attached approval PDFs to t5file_<target RFC5646>.pdf, listing the visual review source files under “Files included in the task:”, removing deadline and word count from the task information, and sorting annotation entries by numeric PDF page and vertical position before rendering them in the email.

Changes in a short:

• Attachment rename from just "t5export.pdf" to t5file_hu-HU.pdf
• role “printApproval” - change rendered name to  “Print approval” - that is the already existing speakable name for that step (might be overwritten in clients specific translations)
• list the uploaded PDFs for Print Approval in mail, headline is "Files included in the task:"
• page numbers of annotations has to be rendered in decimal numbers, and sorted by page and then by y coordinate on same page.
• shorten task information- “Deadline” + “Word count” not needed in this mail, so removed
• maybe correct “Users of previous role”: previous is misleading as the current step is finished print approval
