Problem

Language resource marked as writable by default for some client currently automatically will be assigned as writable to a task of client.

But problem is that language pair for task and language resource may differ.

Task may be set for major languages as de -> en and language resource may be: de-de -> en-gb.

In such a case if LR will be assigned as writable on task finish segments from task will be imported into it. This may not be wanted and expected behaviour for users.

Solution

On assignment of language resource to a task check that language pairs of LR and task are same (inlcuding sub-language) and if not do not mark LR as writable automatically.
