Problem

InstantTranslate selects the correct default languages for text translation, but not always for file translation.

  Example:

  - Default (runtimeOptions.InstantTranslate.user.defaultFileLanguages) is configured as de -> en
  - Sublanguages are hidden
  - A file translation resource exists for de -> en-GB
  - Multi-language file translation is enabled

  Text translation selects de -> en, but file translation will select the first alphabetical in the list.

Solution

Implement fuzzy matching for target file languages so when en is configured as default it also matches when en-US as resource.
