Make okapi-longhorn_all-platforms_1.49.0-SNAPSHOT-2026-06-08 the new default in translate5

      Problem

      Based on the linked TS-issue, there is a problem with UTF-16 encoded files.

      Solution

      Problem should be solved with OKAPI 1.49-Snapshot-20240630 which can be found in linked TS issue.
      This should be included into our OKAPI container and set as new default in T5 config.

      New version must be tested like last Snapshot https://jira.translate5.net/browse/TRANSLATE-5189

      UPDATE 29.05.2026:

      Since the send Snapshot did not work properly we repeat the procedure with OKAPI-1.49-snapshot-20260529
       

      UPDATE 01.06.2026:

      OKAPI-1.49-snapshot-20260529 works but needs a static jetty-configuaration option that counteracts our customizability of file-format-settings
