Problem

In the repetition editor settings, the user can select that only repetitions are replaced automatically OR proposed for replacement in the "always ask user mode" that are empty in target (last option in screenshot). However, selecting or de-selecting this option does not have an impact at all. E.g. source repetitions are proposed for replacement no matter if target is empty or not. 

Solution

The config should be respected where it makes sense. Of course it does not make sense for all selections within the automatic replacement e.g. "Content of target segment is repeated".
