When error pops, user will now be informed about that re-login is needed, and logout is now done on error submit

Problem
If users get the crash report window and they do not re-login translate5 might not work correctly anymore because of the JS-error that happened before.
Solution
Do one or best both of the 2 following changes:
- Add the message shown in the screenshot at the position shown in the screenshot (ro another position if position in screenshot is not possible).

- Force logout of translate5 and redirect to login-page after user clicks on "cancle" or "submit". Must be done after the error was sent to rootcause, so somekind of success handler.
