InstantTranslate users selectable for job assignment

      Problem

      It is possible to assign job to a user that do not have the rights/role to access tasks.

      Solution

      Only users who can really edit a task should be listed in the dropdown. Users who can edit a task must have the role "Task Overview".

      Check both simple and default user jobs.
