FIX extJs error when refreshing segment

      PROBLEM
      When refreshing a segment a JS error occurred hinting that a controller-reference was not valid anymore

      SOLUTION
      It will be attempted to solve the problem by using a "traditional" closure instead of relying on ExtJS inbuilt scoping

      FRONTEND-TESTS

      • add a task with TQE enabled (add a LR resource for it!)
      • enable runtimeOptions.plugins.OpenAI.qualityScoreSegmentCheck for the task
      • When editing a segment and the TQE changes, a segment refresh was successfully executed
