      problem

      A missing cache buster caused outdated frontend resources to remain cached. Consequently, "Rich Text Editor" appeared inside every opened target segment and obstructed translation work.

      solution

      Add the application version as a cache-busting parameter to the affected CSS and JavaScript resources so updated assets are loaded after deployment.
