Problem

When in InstantTranslate the user changes the UI language, only the logout button will change. See example screen after change from English to German:

Only when in the user settings in the main application the UI language is changed, the "TRANSLATE TEXT" and language names will change to German.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login with user that has e.g. PM and InstantTranslate role. UI should be set to English in the general application.
2. Open InstantTranslate and change UI to German.
3. Only Logout button will change.
4. Change language in general application to German.
5. Refresh InstantTranslate.
6. UI is German now.

Solution

As some users are InstantTranslate users only, the UI change should work in InstantTranslate, too.
