Problem

Job coordinators are assigned to workflow steps by the PM of a task. The coordinator should then manage the work on this step on his own, assign users, re-assign users if needed, finalize the finished step etc: take over some PM responsibilities. Therefore the coordinator must receive a notification when one of his editors finish a workflow step but right now, this is not the case.

Solution

Coordinators should receive a notification email whenever a job that has been assigned to some group editor user has been finished by this user.
