Private Plugin ConnectWorldserver. Set task lockLocked

      Problem

      currently task that where created by Plugin ConnectWorldserver do not set attribut "lockLocked".
      Therefore locked segments in sdlxliff are "blocked" in Translate5 but not Locked. Which means they still can be edited.

      Solution

      set Project/task attribute lockedLocked on creating project/task in Plugin ConnectWorldserver.
