Problem

It is not possible to change the deployment of an Azure LLM model to be used for an existing language resource. Language resources must be created as new. This is also applied to the Open AI model - you only can select it while creating a language resource without any possibility to change it.

Solution

Make the field "model" in the config window of the resource or edit window editable (whatever is easier).
