Problem

Companies might create custom fields that they want to show users in mails in the workflow on task assignment, deadline reminder and "job is set to open" mails.

Solution

Add "Mails in workflow" as option to select, where custom fields and their contents should show up.

If selected for a custom field, the field name in the language of the mail and the content of the field should be added to the task assignment, deadline reminder and "job is set to open" and job finish mails - and other mails in workflow context send to task assignees, if there are any..
