Problem

We have tasks that switched to workflow finished, even though the last workflow step in the workflow (“Final text approval”) hasn’t been finished yet by the job coordinator (only the delegated editor job has been finished).

The hotfolder export wasn’t triggered even though the workflow status is on “workflow finished” now.

Solution

In step recalculation Coordinator group job is not considered.

Add check for Coordinator group job.
