Problem

There seems to be an issue with the workflows that users can confirm and work on the tasks even though it is not their turn yet.

Solution

Forbid users to work on task before their turn.

STR

1. Create a competitive task
2. Assign some user for translation step
3. Assign more then 1 user for review step
4. Login as review user
5. Open task and Approve the job

Current master:

Job approved, competitor NOT removed from job list, job of reviewer in state Open and he CAN work on task

Fix branch

Job approved, competitor removed from job list, job of reviewer in state Waiting and he can NOT work on task
