Problem

When editing a segment on review step and tracked changes are active sometimes when dropping a tag to a different location within the same segment it is dupplicated. It happens not always and more often if drag'n'drop a tag which was already drag'n'dropped to different location thus being presented in the segment twice - one time as deletion and another one time as insertion. So if drag'n'drop an insertion to several characters right produces 2 tags - one in insertion and another one without.

Solution

Fix the issue
