Problem

When mouse is hovered on some term in Segment grid's right-side TermPortlet - there is a tooltip shown containing term info, but if such an info includes images or links - these are not clickable as the tooltip dissapears right after mouse pointer is moved away from the howered term.

Solution

Images and links (if any) present in the term's tooltip - must be clickable similar to how it already works in TermPortal. For images, this means that the bigger image should be shown on click on a fadeout overlay. Also, URL validity checking function should be amended to support URL ending with '#' character.
