Comment navigation for annotations does not work properly

      PROBLEM

      The comment navigation does not properly scroll to annotations when the annotations are on page-numbers > 8

      SOLUTION

      problem is the parsing of the page-no (a hexadecimal string !!). Fix the parsing

      FRONTEND TESTING

      Create a PDF-based visual with more than 10 pages. Create Annotations on pages > 10 and try to show them with a click on the comment-navigation in the grid
