Problem

Step of task calculated incorrectly in cases when:

1. Task has 2 jobs of same step and 1 of them not open yet and other deleted
2. when new step added not in open state.

Solution

Fix recalculation.

STR

1st scenario

1. In Simultaneous task assign translation and review job
2. finish translation job
3. Add one more review job in status waiting or unconfirmed
4. Delete open review job so that only waiting one remain
5. Check that task status changed to "finished" in master and "finishing e-mail" sent to PM BUT fix branch is still review and no e-mail sent.

2nd scenario

1. In Simultaneous task assign translation job
2. Finish translation job
3. Assign new review job in status waiting
4. Assert that in master task is still in "finished" workflow step name BUT in fix branch step changed to review
