Problem

Some segment comments are generated from special content of the import file. To "mark" them as special comment, they do get some "introduction" or "frame".

Sample from json file

Here segment #1 will get the following comment:

annotates source column
this is a comment
correct 2026-08-31 15:01:35

And segment#2 gets the faulty or unnecessary comment:

annotates source column
correct 2026-08-31 15:01:35

Solution

If there is no comment in the original place, there should be no comment generated at all for a segment. In other words: for segment #2 of above sample, there should be no comment.
