TermCollection "Export proposals" always empty

      Problem

      For TermCollections you can do a "Proposals export" This should contain all new proposals of the TermCollection. Currently this export is always empty. Triggering the command ends up in a page that shows

<message>No results where found.</message>
</response>

      Solution

      Export should not be empty but contain all new term proposals.
