automatically scroll to last saved row

if the last saved row is not part of the active filter set, a message is shown about this fact and no scrolling is done.

• on task opening
• by clicking a button / hitting a short-cut
• after filter-reset
• on filter-set (if the edited segment is part of the filter-set)
