Problem

Our pricing feature needs a standard preset that cannot be deleted. But if a ClientPM can create tasks for different workflows and prices the Standard preset is always available to select and this is confusing. And all other system-wide presets will be shown, too.

Solution

Add a checkbox in the client's section:

"Only show client-specific presets for selection (in project wizard and task)"

Tooltipp: If this is selected, only the client-specific pricing presets can be selected in the project wizard and the analysis tab of the task. At least one preset per category must exist (match analysis, TQE).

When the checkbox is checked, only the client-specific ones should be selectable in project wizard and task. If no client-specific preset for A) standard or B) TQE exists, the checkbox shouuld be inactive but still shown.
