SDLXLIFF-Import fails when there is a faulty date inside

      Problem

      when you import the sdl-xliff, attached to the related ServiceDesk TS issue, this import will fail with the following error:

      editor_Models_Segment_TrackChangeTag::createTrackChangeNodeOpener(): Argument #2 ($dateTime) must be of type ?DateTime, false given, called in /var/www/translate5/application/modules/editor/Models/Import/FileParser/Sdlxliff/TransunitParser.php on line 466

      Solution

      treat invalid dates as no date, as suggested in the TS issue.
