Unconfigured resources are not listed in the list anymore

    • Fixed the issue which might cause unconfigured resources to not be listed in the select when creating a new language resource

      Problem

      Unconfigured resources are no longer listed in the dropdown when creating a new language resource. Unconfigured resources should still be there in square brackets.

      Solution

      Fix the issue.

      Testing

      Unconfigured services should be listed in the "Resource" selection list when creating a new language resource. This should be true for resources that do not support client config overrides (NOT any of our AI resources - OpenAI, Translate5AI, Azure)
