Client PM should not access AI resource prompts

      Problem

      The prompt management is not client aware. When a clientPM clicks on the fine-tunig or on the RAG icon for a language resource, translate5 will crash.

      Solution

      The icons for fine-tuning and for RAG should not be shown/accessible for ClientPMs:
