UI language stuck to fallback language English

    • The initialisation of the UI language used by the user was at a to late place, leading now to that language stuck.

      problem

      The UI language was initialised as Controller plugin. Plugin Management is implemented as Zend Resource which are loaded before the Controller plugins. 

      Now to changes in the TermTagger plugin the Translator instance was used in plugin bootstrap - when no UI Language was initialised yet so that fallback English was used.

      solution

      Convert the Controller plugin to a Resource and place the initialisation before the Plugin Management.
