fill non-editable target for translation tasks

      • Add a boolean column "Targets empty" to the task-grid and LEK_tasks
      • tool-tip: "Targets empty. True, if all targets are emtpy at import time"
      • if the new column is true, on editing a segment during the first workflow step, the target content is also saved to the non-editable target column.
      • if we are saving a segment and we are in workflow-step 1and "targets empty" = true we recalculate the targetMd5Hash in order to provide correct matches for target repetitions in the repetition editor
