Trying to download a TM or TMX file from a MatchResource in the MatchResource Overview is also possible when the TM is locked by the OpenTM2 Frontend.
The TM seems to be a valid TM but empty, the TMX is invalid since it contains the original errormessage of OpenTM2 service.

This must be changed, so that our connector finds out on downloading the data, that it is not possible and throws an error on our side. Currently it just passes the fetched data directly to the GUI as download.
