Adding keyboard shortcuts to save (ctrl+s) or cancel (esc) the processing of repetitions in the repetition editor.

Description
problem
A user uses keyboard shortcuts only to navigate through translate5.
On saving a segment the repetition editor pops up.
Here the user has to use the mouse for further working.
Only ESC can be used to cancel the repetition editor. But using ESC prevents also that the next segment is opened (when using ctrl-enter for example).
Using the "cancel" button does not prevent to open the next segment.
suggested solution
Implement CTRL-s to process repetitions, and ESC should allow further processing of segments. Both shortcuts must be visible in the button text.
A navigation and selection of segments to be processed should not need any short cut, since then user has to interact with the dialog with the mouse.
