Task statistics

The following questions should be able to answer by translate5 in an easy way:

1. Which user is currently working on which tasks?
2. Which task is currently being processed in which language combination?
3. How long does it take e.g. the reviewers of a certain language combination to work on average on a project?

 For the task statistics a new role "supervisor" is created in translate5. User with this role

• Can view (but not edit) all tasks in translate5
• Can do all the described evaluations
• But have no further PM rights in the system

In addition users with PM and admin rights have access to all statistics.
