Currently unsegmented sdlxliff files can be imported, but with the result, that no segments are contained in the task.
Since translate5 uses Okapi for segmentation, for unsegmented sdlxliff Okapi has to be used for unsegmented sdlxliff files (which also have no translation, because then they would be segmented).
For implementation this means, that translate5 must check, if there is segmentation in the sdlxliff file before importing it, meaning if there are <mrk>-tags inside the segments. If yes, the translate5 sdlxliff-parser is used for import and export, if no, Okapi is used.
For Okapi the standard-bconf needs to be adjusted that Okapi works properly. This bconf adjustment is already been done on 31st of January 2019.
The attached sdlxliff file is an example file for import, that should be parsed with Okapi, the attached xlf file is how the resulting xlf coming from Okapi after parsing must look like.
