Currently comments created in translate5 can be exported to sdlxliff.

Since unsegmented sdlxliff will be segmented and parsed by okapi, the export of unsegmented sdlxliff files is done by Okapi also.

Consequently the export of comments from translate5 does not work in this case.

With Okapi it is currently not possible to convert an xliff note element on a trans-unit into a sdlxliff comment.

Therefore we have to achieve this through post-processing. The easiest way is to enter a "trans-tilde" into the segment when exporting it, that points to the comment in translate5 db and then do a post-processing of the sdlxliff after getting it back from Okapi.
