Since terms are also language resources, the match resource panel pops also up on segment editing if there is only attached Term data in a task on proofreading.

Probably this is not desired!

longterm solution

Create a config to enable / disable match resource panel, for tasks, where termCollections are the only assigned languageResources.

With upcoming task config the match resources can be enabled / disabled via config for tasks separatly.
