Description

The spellchecker integration currently has problems with ZH, JP and KO as languages.

See ~~TRANSLATE-1464~~ and ~~TRANSLATE-1469~~.

So as a first work around we disable the spellcheck for these 3 languages in the plug-in temporatiyl for all users as long as these bugs are fixed.
