Pre-translation does not remove "AdditionalTag"-Tag from OpenTM2

    Description

      If OpenTM2 contains more tags, than the corresponding translate5-segment, "AdditionalTag"-Tags are inserted in the segment to show the user, that the OpenTM2-segment had not been identical.

      if a user takes over the match in the browser, this additional tag is automatically removed.

      With pre translations this does not happen, but should. This leads to errors on export.
