1) For translating single sentences (or single words with a dot), the segmented translation should NOT be used. The rule that a dot is a defined as seperator (TRANSLATE-2039) does only start the segmented translation when there is MORE than one segment (= more than one sentence).
E.g.:
"This house is blue. The other house is red." => segmented translation: yes
"This house is blue." => segmented translation: no
"house." => segmented translation: no
"house" => segmented translation: no

2) Even if we use segmented translation, we send the delimiters for the translation to be included.
