Reference to comment in sdlxliff file is not deleted, although it should

      It is possible to set in the sysconfig of translate5 to delete comments in sdlxliff files, when they are imported to translate5.

      In some rare cases it seems like the comment is deleted, yet its reference to the comment in the segment is not deleted and this causes problems, when opening the file again in Trados.

      Therefore it must be ensured, that the reference to the comments are also deleted.

      Use the orig_import.7z file from the linked TS-Issue and import it to translate5 to reproduce. The comment whose reference is not deleted it has the guid 2ba2cb24-daea-4bf0-b345-65225c51e368.

      Also have a look at the linked issue TRANSLATE-2223. If it is easy to also solve this, when fixing the current issue, then do it.
