If a segment containing special characters and is taken over from a language resource, the tag numbering could be messed up. This results then in false positive tag errors.

Description
Problem
When working with segments which contain:
- not imported tags (starting and ending tags not imported for convenience)
- whitespace / special character tags
- normal tags
This may lead to a wrong tag numbering when using language resources, which then produces tag errors, since on translation usage the target tags are compared against the source tags.
